The Hong Kong Scout Association Comprehensive Education Centre was established in June 1995. It has accumulated nearly 20 years of experience in running schools. More than 90,000 people have participated in various courses. The Centre has been providing learning opportunities for all sectors of the community and is actively expanding various types of academic and interest courses.

The Centre's programmes are diverse, such as: Kids and Youth Talents, Business Management, Beauty and Floral, Language Training, Personal Growth and a number of government-funded courses.

In response to the all-round learning implemented by the Education Bureau, the Centre launched the "Multi-talented Talents Development Programme" at the end of 2005. Through systematic training and assessment, parents can better understand the potential of their children. At the same time, the number of elderly people is growing and the Centre is also trying to develop the elders' curriculum to provide them with the opportunity to keep abreast of the times and to learn for life.

Apart from this, the Centre is also actively providing training services for the Government and the private sector to meet the needs of the Hong Kong community towards a knowledge-based economy.

The future development of the Centre will continue to develop courses of different degrees and subjects with the needs of the community and focus on improving the quality of the courses to help students enhance their knowledge and skills and lay the foundation for future challenges and opportunities.
